How long is the delivery time?
Products ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with availability and the requested delivery service.
What is the delivery cost?
Spain, Europe and USA: Delivery is free for all orders over areas inside of these territories.
International: Due to varying shipping costs and methods, products sent to areas outside of Europe and USA are quoted for on an individual basis by our sales office by contacting us on email: sales@veltia.com
Which countries does VELTIA ship to?
VELTIA is able to ship products to most parts of the world in a few days, depending on product availability and delivery service.
How does the shipment of my order work?
Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. Charges for the different delivery services can be obtained from our customer service department. All goods are subject to availability.
Do the products come with a guarantee?
All products offered are guaranteed for a period of twenty-four months from the date of the original invoice. The guarantee excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, or misuse, including non-maintenance of any product as advised at the time of purchase on our website and written and provided with the product upon delivery/instruction manual.
In the event of a warranty claim, please send us a picture of the silver rating label showing the reference number on sales@veltia.com.
Please note we do not offer a guarantee for lamps.
How to make a return for damage?
Please identify clearly the area or part that has failed. All items must be returned in a clean, dry and sanitary condition.
If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department on: sales@veltia.com.
After the initial 28 days, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have become faulty. We recommend that you photograph your item in order than any damage caused in delivery to us can be identified and claimed for from your shipper.
When will I know that my order has been accepted?
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email stating the items you have ordered. This does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance is acknowledged when your order has been shipped from our warehouse or suppliers.
Non-acceptance of your order may occur due to: being unable to authorise your payment, the product being unavailable, a product pricing or description error.

How can I make a devolution?
If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please send us an email on: sales@veltia.com.
Please return the goods stating the order number within 28 days of the date of delivery. We will exchange for the full value or refund the cost of the item(s).
It is important to check all items received within 24 hours and report any damages within 48 hours of delivery in order to return damaged items.
How do I have to return the product?
All returned goods must be in a new and unused condition in their original packaging together with a copy of your original receipt for a refund/credit to be offered within 28 days.

Is the payment of my order automatically validated?
All transactions are subject to payment validation. Orders may not be accepted or processed without a valid payment.
